50% refund.
Within 72 hours prior to the class:
reschedule for a fee of €30 or;
no refund possible. The rescheduling fee covers administrative costs and the cost of canceling tutors in the event of smaller class sizes.
Rebooking & Rescheduling Limits
To ensure we can keep our workshops accessible to everyone, a single booking may be rescheduled a maximum of three (3) times.
- After the third reschedule, the booking will be considered "Final."
- Any further requests to change the date after this limit will result in the forfeiture of the original booking fee, and a new workshop seat must be purchased at the full current price.
- Standard notice periods (72-hour rule) still apply to each rescheduling request.
Workshops will take place with a minimum of 4
and a maximum of 12 people.
Giftcards are valid for a 2 year period. A workshop must be booked within 6 months of purchase. If a workshop is not booked within 6 months the customer may be subject to a fee equivalent to the difference in price of the chosen workshop at the time of booking.
All bookings made with a giftcard are subject to our cancellation policy.
Gift cards only cover the cost of the workshop and do not cover material costs within the workshop.

By booking a workshop or service with Studio eF7, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as they affect your legal rights.
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that workshops at Studio eF7 involve manual labor and the use of specialized equipment, including:- Open Flames: High-temperature torches for soldering.
- Sharp Tools: Saws, files, and drills.
- Chemicals: Soldering flux and cleaning solutions.
- Rotary Tools: High-speed polishing and grinding motors.
I acknowledge that these activities carry a risk of injury (such as burns or cuts). By participating, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the craft.
2. Limitation of Liability (Exoneratie)
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch Law:- Studio eF7 is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss unless caused by the intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the studio.
- We are not responsible for damage to clothing or personal items caused by sparks, dust, or chemicals. We provide aprons, but the risk remains with the participant.
3. Gemstones & Finishing Services
- Fragility: Gemstones are natural products and can contain internal fractures. They may crack, chip, or change color when subjected to the heat or pressure required for setting and polishing.
- Liability: If you ask Studio eF7 to finish your jewelry or set a stone, you do so at your own risk. Studio eF7 is not liable for the cost or replacement of any gemstone damaged during the finishing or setting process.
4. Tooth Gems
- Nature of Service: Tooth gems are semi-permanent cosmetic applications.
- Warranty: We do not guarantee the longevity of the gem, as its durability depends on individual dental hygiene and habits. If a toothgem falls off within 2 weeks of application, Studio eF7 will replace and reply the gem free of charge.
- Liability: Studio eF7 is not liable for any pre-existing dental issues, damage to enamel, or accidental ingestion of a detached gem.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be settled by the competent court in Amsterdam.STUDIO eF7
